Customized trash can orders from Cambodian customers

In May 2024, our Cambodian client sent an order requesting us to customize a 3-class garbage bin specifically for use in supermarkets. However, the client only provided photos (as shown in the figure below) and no other data, and the quantity was very small. In the early stage, only 2 confirmed quality bins needed to be customized. Normally, there are no factories willing to accept orders in this situation because the first quantity is too small, which will lead to increased costs. Secondly, without detailed drawings and parameters, the production difficulty increases. Thirdly, without samples, there is a high risk of production errors.

However, we have always been committed to providing customers with a one-stop solution for cleaning equipment supplies, supporting the MOQ of ODM and OEM. Therefore, our production team immediately developed a solution for customers in the shortest possible time and proposed customized production requirements for trash cans as follows:

Customization requirements:

1. Size: 150 * 40 * 90CM

2. Material: Galvanized sheet metal

3. Thickness: The top and bottom of the galvanized plate are 1.0mm thick, the edge is 2.5mm thick, the panel is 0.7mm thick, and the acrylic material advertising board is 3mm thick

4. Screen printing: Screen printing classification marks and identification (as shown in the figure)

5. Color: Gray (as shown in the picture)

In the production process, we are also very patient in confirming the color card, text content, and logo content of the product with the customer, providing the utmost service to the customer, making them very satisfied and thus gaining their trust!

In addition, we have also effectively controlled costs and provided our customers with a good price advantage. At the same time, we have greatly reduced production time and completed their customized orders within 7 days.

The customer received the goods and expressed great satisfaction, including product quality, price, and service. In June, an additional order was arranged to customize 50 PCS trash cans of the same model.
